Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and resolve it accordingly.
Exclusions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories of goods cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom-made products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the product you currently have, and place a separate order for the new item once your return is approved.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above terms, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return the goods within 14 days for any reason without justification. As stated above, your items must remain in the original received condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact and original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will notify you of the refund approval result. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time to issue the refund.
