Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
  • United States / Canada: 7–15 business days
  • United Kingdom / Australia / EU Countries: 10–20 business days
  • Other international regions: 15–30 business days

  • Flat shipping rate of $6.99 for orders under $50
  • Express shipping available at checkout for faster delivery (extra fee applied)
A tracking number will be sent to your registered email once your package is dispatched.

You can track your order via the "Track Order" page on our website.
If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it:
  1. Check with neighbors, building front desk, local post office
  2. Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery confirmation

    We will assist with reshipment or partial refund based on logistics verification.
We do not ship to PO boxes, military APO/FPO addresses for some products.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT or customs fees charged by local customs authorities.
