All products are shipped from Guangxin District, Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province, .China.
Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

- United States : 15–20 business days
- Australia / EU Countries: 15–20 business days

Shipping Cost
- Free Standard Shipping: All orders over $200

For orders under $119.99, a flat shipping rate of $10 will be applied.

For orders between $120 and $200, a flat shipping rate of $5 will be applied.
A tracking number will be sent to your registered email once your package is dispatched. You can track your order via the "Track Order" page on our website.
Lost/Undelivered Package Instructions
If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors, building front desk, or local post office
- Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery confirmation
We will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund based on the logistics investigation results
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to PO boxes or military APO/FPO addresses for some products.
Customs & Return Shipping Liability
- All applicable import duties and taxes are included in the product price. No additional charges will be collected at checkout.
- If a package is refused at delivery without a valid reason (not applicable to standard return requests), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
- For packages confirmed lost or damaged by the logistics provider, we will cover the cost of reshipping.
