2. Requirements for Valid Copyright Infringement Notice

To file a formal DMCA takedown request, your notice must include all of the following information:
  1. Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  3. Exact URL links to the infringing content on our website;
  4. Your full contact information: name, email, phone, mailing address;
  5. A sworn statement that you are the copyright owner or legally authorized to act on their behalf;
  6. A statement under penalty of perjury that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

3. Our Response to Valid Infringement Notices

Once we receive a complete, legally compliant DMCA notice:
  1. We will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
  2. We will notify the user who posted the disputed content of the takedown request;
  3. We will retain records of the notice for legal compliance.

4. Counter-Notification Process

If you are a content uploader and believe the removal was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to our DMCA agent containing:
  1. Your full legal name, email, phone and physical address;
  2. Identification of the material that was removed;
  3. A sworn statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to error or misidentification;
  4. Consent to the jurisdiction of courts located in your local area.
After receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a formal legal action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed content.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a record of DMCA takedown notices we receive. Any user or vendor who submits 3 or more valid copyright infringement violations will have their store access restricted or terminated permanently.

6. User Content Responsibility

All images, graphics, text, custom printed designs uploaded by customers are the sole responsibility of the submitting user. Dimensional Era is not liable for third-party user content, and relies fully on this DMCA policy to comply with US copyright law.
